Six Champion Awards exist in three categories designed to recognize members of the community who champion pets, whether by volunteering, rescuing, sheltering, supporting or caring for urban animals.
"We've been overwhelmed by the passion and enthusiasm shown by each and everyone of you. We wouldn't have been able to identify and reward the amazing pet+owner champions across Canada without your help."The top five nominees in each category will be presented to a judging panel who will select and announce the winner October 24, 2014.
