Landmark decision to "referee" Internet in the U.S.

US Telecom regulators will announce today their regulation to protect ‘net neutrality’. This means ISPs will not be allowed to downgrade Internet access speeds on a client-by-client basis. This is a triumph for Internet advocates promoting net neutrality and a clear demonstration of the power the digital consumer has over large institutions in the digital age.
