Approximately one year ago the Welland and District Humane Society opened a high-volume spay/neuter clinic. The past year has been very busy with over 4000 surgeries performed! In April the Welland SPCA in partnership with the Ontario SPCA unleashed a fully equipped mobile spay and neuter clinic to help reduce pet overpopulation across Ontario.
