The Challenge of Employee Engagement

How do you engage those you count on to deliver delightful client service? 


Whether you are in commerce, industry or government this question now occupies the attention of the entire management chain. The internet has provided more ways to communicate and connect then ever before. However, a gap in the emotion and experience of digital connections often seems to prevent engagement from those we count on most.
