Thanks to the eagle eyes at PIJAC Canada for passing this cool idea along.
Thinking outside the box solved a problem for the community of Wakefield. There are many communities that could benefit from a collaboration of vets, retailers and other service providers to bring a project like this into being.
Looks like an 'everyone' wins community program!
