A movement to support shelter dogs and adoption by publicly identifying and celebrating the rescue dog is gaining popularity in North America.
Project Blue Collar® was created to change the perception of shelter dogs from being damaged to being priceless and to educate and inspire others to give shelter dogs a chance. The Project promotes the mantra "Support the Underdog®", which it proudly displays on the blue silicone collars. For every collar sold, the Project donates a collar to its Shelter of the Month partner for them to sell and keep 100% of the revenue.
