Tom Trifaux has been invited to deliver the 2014 Innovation Keynote to delegates attending the Urban Animal Forum at Summit 2014.
Trifaux has over 25 years of experience in the field of organizational effectiveness (OE) and human capital development. Trifaux began his OE business career with Achieve Global where he advanced to become North American Marketing Manager. He was recruited from this position to be Director-Business Development, Western Canada for Ernst and Young. Trifaux left Ernst and Young to join management software company, TECSKOR, as Vice President, Sales and Marketing. After TECSKOR, Trifaux founded HeadStart Marketing Inc. and lead diverse sales/marketing projects for clients across Canada. In 2006, Trifaux joined Canadian Management Center (CMC) to develop Prairie operations. He now leads CMC activities from Winnipeg to Vancouver as Director - Canada West.
Tom Trifaux brings a unique perspective to the 2014 Innovation Keynote address. His career spans 6 years in the CFL as a professional athlete, more than two decades as the manager of challenging North American initiatives and a lifelong commitment to inspire leaders as a professional coach and mentor. His 2014 address will prepare delegates to have productive, innovative conversations as they resolve dilemmas they face in the Urban Animal Forum.
Trifaux lives in Cold Lake, Alberta, with his wife Jackie and their two golden retrievers Max and Wilder. Tom holds the reputation as the first professional football player (CFL) to travel faster than the speed of sound.
