A holiday survey conducted by Glassdoor reports only five per cent of employees are hoping for a traditional office Christmas party this year. And a whopping 73 per cent, are hoping for a cash bonus. The survey also determined employee's top work-related resolutions for 2013 with a salary rise taking the lead at 32 per cent.
