Vernon Council Votes NO to Retail Ban

Vernon City Council listened to the arguments and determined a ban on the sale of certain pets in that community was not required. Other communities where this conversation is underway, now have additional precedent for a 'NO' decision. Precedent for a 'YES' decision was first established in Richmond, British Columbia after a hard fought battle between the 'Yes' and 'No' debate.
