Colin Baxter's Dog may have Saved His Life

The 2013 Regional Conference and International Summit program intends to collect stories showing the value pet's bring to the lives, homes, communities and culture of the humans they live with. While every story may not feature a hero like Ozzy and may not be as dramatic, pets have intervened in the lives of those with autism, dementia, those struggling to learn, to read, to write exams as well as the day-to-day challenges, stress and trauma that can be   encountered in life.  In each case, human companions have experienced the calming, healing and recuperative interventions of pets in their surroundings.

InfoStream invites you to submit stories and pictures to the collection. They will be featured in the Summit program and in InfoStream as space and time permit.
