The Winnipeg Humane Society were in the spotlight, July 25, where they were featured on CityTV Breakfast Television to speak about the benefits of pet health insurance, and more specifically, highlighted their relationship with Petsecure.

The Society is one of many Canadian animal shelters that benefit from Petsecure’s Adoptsecure Program, which provides up to six weeks of accident and illness insurance coverage valued up to $500 for all newly adopted dogs and cats.

Petsecure Sponsors Paws in Motion with Winnipeg Humane Society

Petsecure is sponsoring the Paws in Motion with the Winnipeg Humane Society on Sunday, June 24 at the Assiniboine Park, Lyric Theatre.

As a Pet Pals Sponsor, Petsecure will have a booth present at the walk, providing helpful information about pet health insurance. "We look forward to being a part of Paws in Motion," said Petsecure's Vice President of Business Development Bill Skubovius. "The Winnipeg Humane Society looks after thousands of animals a year, and as strong believers in responsible pet ownership, we're happy to contribute to and support such a worthy organization".

Petsecure Sponsors 20th Annual Pets in the Park

Petsecure was announced as the Title Sponsor of The Edmonton Humane Society’s 20th annual Pets in the Park, happening this Sunday, June 24th from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. at William Hawrelak Park. 

The pledged run and walk is to raise funds to support the thousands of animals that the Humane Society cares for each year. This event also plays a key role in raising awareness of the many programs and services that the Edmonton Humane Society offers. 

The Edmonton Humane Society is one of many Canadian animal shelters that benefit from Petsecure’s Adoptsecure Program, which provides up to six weeks of accident and illness insurance coverage for all newly adopted dogs and cats.

Petsecure receives award from BC SPCA

The BC SPCA presented Petsecure with the 2012 Caring Company Award, June 1, 2012, for their outstanding efforts and support of Canadian animal shelters.

Petsecure has provided complimentary Adoptsecure pet insurance to shelters across the country. This program has provided up to six weeks of accident and illness coverage, valued at $500, to over 250,000 newly adopted dogs and cats.

The BC SPCA is just one Canadian shelter that has benefited from Petsecure's Adoptsecure Program. Since 2012, over 16,500 pets from the BC SPCA have been insured through the program.
