Each year, through its awards program, the Canadian Veterinary Medical Associaton (CVMA) honors selected individuals and groups in recognition of their contributions to veterinary medicine and to the health and welfare of animals. Nominations for the 2015 CVMA Awards are being accepted from now until January 31, 2015.
All CVMA members are invited to nominate deserving candidates in the following categories:
Each year, the Canadian Vetinary Medical Association (CVMA) honours individuals and groups for their outstanding contributions to veterinary medicine.
Leaders in seven categories are recognized and awarded plaques and/or monetary awards and/or honourary and life memberships to CVMA.

- CVMA Industry Award
- CVMA Practice of the Year
- Merck Veterinary Award
- Small Animal Practitioner Award
- CVMA Honourary Membership
- CVMA Life Membership
To be considered, candidates must be nominated by a CVMA member. The candidate must also be a CVMA member.
The deadline for nominations is 31 January 2013
