DIGITAL - Instagram Account Switching Great for Business

Using Instragram for business just got easier. Switching from a business to a personal, or another business account, on Instagram used to be a time consuming task, but starting this week you can switch between accounts without having to log in and out.

Whether you’re a small business managing your personal and business account or a brand manager managing multiple brand accounts, you can add up to five accounts with one login.

Adding this function will only help Instagram, a valuable digital media and marketing medium, grow even more.

To get started, go to your profile settings and scroll down to Add Account. On the following screen, type in the username and password of the account you’d like to add. Repeat this step for each additional account you want to add. From there, tap your username at the top of your profile to switch between accounts. Once you have multiple accounts added, you’ll see your profile photo appear in places throughout the app so you can always tell which one you’re using at the moment.
